    MAZE Process 2023-2024

     

    How and when will I find out about my child's teacher next year? 

    • By completing the Online MAZE Process!

     

    The ONLINE MAZE DAY WINDOW will open July 17, 2023  

    • Parents will be required to go online via their IC Parent Portal upon receiving an email notification from FUSD to update contact information and complete necessary disclosures for the 2023-2024 school year

    • Parents are encouraged to act promptly upon receipt of the email in July

    • Once parents have completed the Online MAZE Day process and schedules are released, you will have access to your child’s teacher and schedule

     

    MAZE Process Details

     

    MAZE is Fremont Unified School District’s annual online registration confirmation process in which parents/guardians: 

    • provide required information for each enrolled student - such as emergency contacts

    • acknowledge certain parent/guardian and student rights and responsibilities, and 

    • access specific school forms/information

     

    Completing the MAZE process ensures your student’s school has accurate information, and allows families to view student schedules/classroom assignments and their teachers when that information is released in August.  

     

    MAZE forms for all FUSD students must be completed online through the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal. The window to complete the MAZE process for the 2023-24 school year is July 17 to August 7, 2023.  Schedules are projected to go live on August 11, 2023.  Please note these tips to help you successfully complete your online MAZE updates:

    • When confirming existing emergency contacts, and BEFORE making any changes to existing emergency contacts, ensure you are NOT duplicating an existing contact 

    • If in doubt about making changes online, you may accept the current information and contact the school when the office reopens  

     

    While MAZE forms will not be available until July 17, we strongly recommend that you take a few moments and log into your IC Parent Portal now to address any access issues. Click here for IC Parent Portal troubleshooting and support. 

     

    Please do not complete the New Student Registration as it will duplicate your student(s).

    Parents/Guardians will receive a notice MAZE information at the email address indicated in the IC Parent Portal, and updates will be posted to both the FUSD and school websites.
